Once an order has ben submitted, it cannot be canceled or refundedonly modified. Please review all order details before completing your purchase.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local post office immediately to file a claim. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or other issues that may occur during transit.
  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect item or one with a production-related defect (such as a misspelling or flaw), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for review and a possible replacement.
  • Customer Errors: We cannot replace or refund orders that contain errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, sizing, or customization details).
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will NOT be eligible for replacement.
